Laura started working with us in December of 2019. She is an estimator at our Harrisonburg location and she is our master scheduler for the auto body repair process. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family and her two sons.

Mike Hupman graduated from Highland High School. Likes to work on cars and has painted cars for 12 years. Enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter and friends.

Addison started with us in 2020 as a detailer. He attended Triplett Technical Institute for 2 years in Collision Repair, has multiple welding certifications, and an I-CAR certificate. He has a passion for cars, hunting, and his Xbox. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending the day playing Xbox.

Jim Estep

Jim founded Curb Appeal in 2004 with a single mobile van. Curb Appeal has now expanded to two body shop locations and three mobile vans. When Jim is not at work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Marilyn Estep

In 2005, Marilyn joined her husband, Jim, as a mobile technician. As Curb Appeal continues to grow, she currently enjoys working as a full-time bookkeeper in our Harrisonburg office.

Keaton joined us in 2016. Graduated in 2017 from Massanutten Technical Center for collision repair. Was our mobile tech from 2016 until 2022. Now has a lovely wife and daughter and enjoys working on and riding motorcycles.

Danny graduated from the Triplett Tech Auto Body Program, completed the Chief Auto Training Class, is a 2005 ASE Master Technician with I-CAR Platinum Certification, and is a certified steel MIG welder. He has over 30 years of experience. Danny is a great asset to our team and we love having him here with us.

Patty graduated from Turner Ashby High School. Co-owned a body shop in Dayton, VA for 10 yrs. Is a Mother of 4, Grandmother of 5 and Great Grandmother of 1. Patty likes to put together jigsaw puzzles and create them into beautiful pictures to hang.
